Jesus Come and Visit Us #108

In Christianity, the concept of having Jesus come and visit us, and to live within us, is a immense experience, and one that each true Christian lives for. It can be a profound and personal experience. It speaks to the belief that Jesus, in his divine nature, is present with us in our daily lives, offering guidance, comfort, and support. This visitation isn’t necessarily a physical presence but can be understood as a spiritual or emotional experience. It can occur during moments of prayer, reflection, or even in the midst of life’s challenges when one feels a sense of peace, direction, or reassurance.

When Jesus visits us, it’s a reminder of his ever-present love and care. This visitation can be seen as an invitation to deepen our relationship with him, to listen more intently to his teachings, and to live in a way that reflects his love for others. It’s a call to recognize his presence in the ordinary moments of life and to respond with faith, hope, and love.

Moreover, this reflection can also encourage us to see Jesus in others, especially in those who are suffering or in need. Just as Jesus visits us, we are called to be his hands and feet in the world, bringing his love and compassion to those around us.

In essence, the idea that “Jesus visits us” can serve as a powerful reminder of his ongoing involvement in our lives and the world, encouraging us to live with a greater sense of purpose and connection to the divine.
